Case Study

Revitalization by Design

May 11, 2018

EOS WINDOWS

Signature Companies built one- and two-bedroom townhomes, each with a garage and rooftop patio, overlooking downtown Sioux Falls.

The company built the first of four buildings using commercial aluminum windows, yet sought to complete the remaining buildings using silver laminated vinyl – Deceuninck’s eos® and .062 lines fabricated by Vector Windows met the challenge, providing quality, appearance, durability and lower cost.

  • Who: Deceuninck North America, Vector Windows, Schoeneman Building Center, Signature Companies
  • What: Installation of eos® casement and picture windows, .062 patio doors / 100+ windows, 16 patio doors
  • Why: By installing eos® casement and picture windows, the buildings became a source of revitalization in the neighborhood – with windows and patio doors nearly identical to the original aluminum.
