Our Technical Services Team’s primary goal is to insure an On-time and Complete Start-up. The team offers years of experience in the analysis, selection, procurement and implementation of window manufacturing equipment.
They also coordinate the efforts of all essential personnel, including equipment manufacturers, tooling vendors and hardware suppliers. Each member of the team has extensive experience within the fenestration industry, specifically in support of new customer start-ups.
Project Planning – Detailed project plans to minimize downtime, coordinate new equipment deliveries and optimize installation and setup.
Equipment Selection & Set-Up – Ensure a best practices set-up by determining functionality of existing equipment, reducing costs through reuse and optimizing equipment set-up for your needs.
Training & Support – Ease the transition by training your team on-site, focusing on high quality window fabrication and setting up maintenance plans and schedules.
Process Improvements and Efficiencies – Identify areas for improvement through process mapping, on-site time studies, optimized plant layouts and best locations for manufacturing, sequencing and material flow.
