Building a better tomorrow.
Whether it is person by person or window by window, Deceuninck is committed to being a driving force for good in our communities.
Since the beginning, Deceuninck has encouraged our employees to be involved in activities that improve the quality of life for all members of their local communities.
The C3 Program – Compassion for Community & Causes – was created to communicate and formalize this commitment to our employees and their communities.
C3 encourages every employee to be more engaged in their own communities by providing direct support and funding for specific, qualified causes.
We are driven to leave the local neighborhood a better place than it was before we got here. Here are a few ways we’ve done it in the past.
Habitat for Humanity
Our company provides ongoing support for Habitat for Humanity to build affordable housing for people in need.
Local School Support
We provide support to local schools, colleges and organizations, including Madison High School, Miami University Middletown and Monroe High School Marching Band.
Every year, we support employees who participate in the local Middletown Junior Achievement Bowl-A-Thon.
Matthew 25: Ministries
Our employees bring in empty pill bottles to donate to Matthew 25: Ministries to help improve medical care in developing countries.
