It is considered the largest assembly of any glass and fenestration event in 2020.

Deceuninck’s high-performance window and door systems are featured in a series of original product videos, demonstrations, and interactive content on the GlassBuild Connect platform. Deceuninck is also unveiling its 579 commercial series.

“Our focus is on our customers and the future of fenestration. We are committed to shaping the industry by providing solutions to meet their needs and the needs of the marketplace,…While I look forward to meeting in person at the next GlassBuild America, GlassBuild Connect allows us to interact in exciting new ways and continue to drive innovation across the industry. We’ll learn from this online experience and grow.”

Joren Knockaert, Deceuninck North America’s President & CEO.

Throughout the month, attendees can learn about new advancements in residential and commercial window design, energy efficiency, performance, and custom solutions from a global leader:

New: 579 Series

The new 579 Series windows bring enhanced thermal performance to commercial window design and offer an excellent alternative to aluminum windows. The rich, contemporary design is available in a wide color palette, including bronze and black. With more than 100 accessory options, these versatile, impact-capable windows are ideal for remodeling, replacement, and new midrise construction projects. With simulated divided lites, old aluminum windows can be replaced with 21st Century performance.

326 Series

The high-performing 326 Series window system is designed for light commercial and high-end residential applications. Available with integral nailing fin, retro flange or block frame, this integrated family consists of casement, awning, picture window, side load single hung, and single slider configurations. Multiple T bar and astragal options allow flexibility to build multi-unit combinations. Designed for enhanced thermal performance and DP50 baseline, this series offers multiple reinforcement options, including Innergy Rigid Thermal Reinforcements, to meet a range of DP performance needs.

164 Impact Series

With the strength to weather storms, the 164 Impact Series window system is designed for light commercial, new construction, and replacement applications. Its sleek, modern frame design maximizes the viewing area, while the multichamber frame improves energy efficiency and performance. Multiple frame options include Florida flange, pre-punched fin, and block; sash options include a contemporary sculpted design compatible with Deceuninck sash systems. This series offers high-impact protection with high-impact style.

“These systems are designed to maximize thermal, structural, and impact performance and look good while doing it,…Our team continues to innovate across the product spectrum using our SunShield, Solex, and Innergy materials to deliver ultimate solutions to our customers.”

Greg Koch, Deceuninck’s vice president of sales and marketing.

Deceuninck also offers fully customized solutions with engineering, design, product development and testing. The engineering team works with fabricators to tailor existing products or design exclusive systems to meet their needs.

These innovations begin with material science, the raw materials and technologies that drive performance.

Material Science: SunShield® technology

Deceuninck’s proprietary SunShield® technology is a high-performance, color retention, and weather-resistant vinyl compound for residential and commercial use. It guards against southern exposure and ultraviolet light as well as the rotting, pitting, peeling, corrosion, and cracking that comes with harsh weather.

Color Solutions: Solex™ laminates

Deceuninck’s Solex™ laminates add color and style to windows and doors. Available in a wide range of colors and finishes, this custom-crafted solution meets the growing demand for darker hues in premium residential and commercial installations.
